An island educator turned realtor, Lolita Camit brings her four decades of academic expertise to Hafa Adai Realty.

Born on Guam and raised in the village of Mongmong, Lolita’s early career calling was to help educate our youth. A double major with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Bilingual/Bicultural Elementary Education from the University of Guam, she has played a key role in the development of the public education system. She went on to earn her Master of Arts degree in Reading, which led to her serving as an administrator at the Guam Community College.

Working her way up, she served as a program specialist, Associate Dean, Dean, and eventually an Assistant Director for Development and Alumni Relations. She was also named Administrator of the Year and won the Leadership Chair Academy Award.

Lolita’s leadership skills eventually led her to the real estate industry.  In her career she has earned the “Rookie of the Year” award, numerous executive club awards, and the 100% Club award in just eight short years. Lolita’s competitive edge is a true understanding of the local market based on traditions, speaking and understanding our local language, and knowledge in the diversity of cultures and ethnicities on Guam. She is also a senior leader in the community with a wide diversity of program involvement. Her acquired skills over the years have led her to set bigger goals with Hafa Adai Realty. She, along with her partners, knew it was time that Guam needed a local agency where they can support each other and their clients.

When she isn’t helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and cockatiel. Her hobbies include dancing, gardening and traveling. What’s important for Lolita is that Hafa Adai Realty reflects and celebrates her cultural sensitivity, respect and overall passion for providing quality service.  At its core, Hafa Adai Realty stands for trust and care to better serve everyone in the real estate market.

Hafa Adai Realty was founded on Guam in 2021 by four local real estate agents, including myself, Lolita Camit. Our collaboration came with one agenda in mind, to better serve the community and provide exceptional real estate services through the lens of truly local professionals.
